I don't get out to brick and mortar stores (besides Target) very often so my version of window shopping is browsing an online retailer's "new arrivals". Here's what I'm loving from H&M right now!
1. Fine-knit sweater 2. Hooded sweatshirt cardigan 3. Knot-detail sweatshirt 4. Off-the-shoulder sweater 5. Long-sleeved blouse 6. Fine-knit sweater 7. Puff-sleeve blouse 8. Sweatshirt with appliques

I did not set out looking for tops exclusively, but somehow that's what ended up in my virtual shopping bag. For this time of year, I feel like you're either treasuring precious downtime or cherishing special events and this set of tops covers both of those extremes.
Tops 2, 3, and 8 are such great examples of detailed casual wear. Any of them would look great with a black legging or slim boyfriend jean and a rain boot or fun sneaker to finish off the look.
Items 4, 5, and 7 are great options for all the "fancy" events you've got coming up through the end of 2017. Paired with skinny black denim and heeled booties they would be great for a girlfriends' gift exchange. Swap in a lace pencil skirt and statement jewelry to make the tops appropriate for a festive office party.
Finally, did you notice that 1 and 6 are the same sweater? I originally added the dark green to my shopping bag, but when I noticed the metallic detail on the other color called "Rust/glittery" (who do they pay to come up with that?!) I thought it would be perfect for the holidays. And although I just couldn't get on board with the bell sleeve trend (tell me that's not covered in gravy by the end of Turkey Day!), I do love the lantern sleeve detail on this sweater.
Is there a color, fabric, or sleeve detail you're loving for the holidays this year? Or any - like me and bell sleeves - that you just can't get on board with?
